Where are you working? The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction and the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina

What’s your favorite part about being a Youth Ambassador?

I honestly love the interaction with community members. I also love feeling like I am helping make a change. It’s such a humbling experience, and I am thankful to be a part of it.

Why are you passionate about ending hunger?

My interest in ending hunger stems from a life-long interest in public health. Everyone deserves an equal opportunity to be healthy and feel comfortable. No one deserves to be hungry. And, if there is anything I can do to help I will.
